KitFlow Studio provides digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.
How delivery works
After your payment is confirmed, we provide download access through the checkout, order confirmation email, or both. Please download and save your files promptly in a folder you can find again.
The product listing tells you what is included, such as PDF, editable files where specifically stated, US Letter or A4 versions, color or ink-friendly versions, and any host or instruction files.
Before you buy
Please check the product description, file format, intended use, included materials, preview images, and any stated requirements before checkout. If you need to know whether a specific product fits your situation, email hello@kitflowstudio.com before purchasing.
Need help?
Contact hello@kitflowstudio.com within 14 days of purchase if you cannot access a valid download, received the wrong file, find a corrupted or incomplete file, or believe the product materially differs from its description.
Include your order number, the email used at checkout, the product name, and a short description of the issue. A screenshot is helpful for download or file-opening problems.
We will first try to resolve the issue by restoring access, sending the correct file, or fixing a genuine file problem. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility and our License Terms for permitted use.
