When you purchase or download a KitFlow Studio product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product. You do not buy the copyright or ownership of the files, artwork, text, templates, or design.
Standard permitted use
Unless a product listing states otherwise, you may:
- download, save, and print reasonable copies for your own personal, family, classroom, meeting, workshop, team, or internal event use;
- display or use the files while facilitating that activity; and
- make reasonable backup copies for your own use.
If you purchased for an organization, the files may be used internally by that organization for the specific activity or purpose described in the listing. This does not permit company-wide file libraries, public distribution, resale, or sharing the source files outside the organization.
Not permitted
Unless we have given written permission, you may not:
- resell, redistribute, share, lend, sublicense, upload, or transfer the files or download link to another person or organization;
- post the files to a public site, marketplace, shared drive, template library, AI-training dataset, or print-on-demand service;
- claim the files, artwork, text, or design as your own;
- remove copyright, trademark, or attribution notices where they appear;
- create a competing product from the files or sell derivatives based substantially on them; or
- use the files in a way that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or misleading.
Editing and commercial/client use
You may edit only the fields or formats that a product expressly provides as editable. Editing permission does not allow resale, redistribution, or removal of ownership notices.
Commercial use, client delivery, resale-ready use, or use beyond one internal organization is not included unless the product listing expressly says it is included or you obtain written permission from KitFlow Studio.
Digital delivery and access
Keep your download link and files private. You are responsible for ensuring that people using your copy follow these License Terms. If you need help accessing a valid purchase, contact hello@kitflowstudio.com with your order details.
Product-specific terms
A product listing, product README, or written license issued with a product may add product-specific permissions or restrictions. If there is a conflict, the product-specific written license controls for that product.
Termination
This license ends automatically if you materially breach these terms. On termination, you must stop using and distributing the affected files and delete copies under your control, except where retention is required by law.
