These Terms of Service govern your use of KitFlow Studio’s website and purchases of our digital products. KitFlow Studio is a brand operated by Esfera Group LLC (“KitFlow Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Our digital products
KitFlow Studio sells digital resources such as printable games, activities, templates, and related files. Product listings describe the intended use, included files, format, and any stated requirements. Please review the listing, previews, and included details before buying.
Digital products are provided as downloads. No physical item will be shipped.
Orders, pricing, and availability
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout unless stated otherwise. We may correct obvious pricing, listing, or technical errors before an order is completed. We may update, retire, or change a product prospectively; this does not remove access or rights already granted for a valid completed purchase, subject to these Terms and the product’s license.
Delivery, support, and refunds
After a payment is confirmed, download instructions or access will be provided through the checkout, order confirmation, or both. Please save a copy of your files after downloading.
For download, file, or product-description issues, contact hello@kitflowstudio.com within 14 days of purchase. Refund eligibility and how we handle issues are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
License and intellectual property
Your purchase gives you a limited license to use the files as described in the applicable product listing and License Terms. It does not transfer ownership, copyright, trademarks, source files, or any other intellectual-property rights to you.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, upload, sublicense, or present KitFlow Studio files or designs as your own, except where a product listing expressly permits a specific additional use.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site or products to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with the site’s security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, or distribute malware or harmful code. You may not use product files in a way that misrepresents KitFlow Studio or falsely implies an endorsement or partnership.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to or use third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, availability, or policies.
Disclaimers and limits
We work to describe and provide products accurately. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided “as available” and without guarantees that a product will fit every use case, device, printer, classroom, workplace, or local requirement. Product outcomes depend on the purchaser’s use and environment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where that would be unlawful. Subject to that limitation, KitFlow Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for future use or purchases. The current version and its update date will be posted on this page. If a change materially affects an existing order, the version in effect when that order was completed will continue to apply to that order unless law requires otherwise.
Governing law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not limit consumer protections that apply to you and cannot legally be excluded.
